Lounge The lounge is equipped with a TV, DVD player and CD player. There is a large comfortable settee which can convert to a double sofa bed for extra guests, two extra wide chairs and a coffee table. The dining table is glass topped and comfortably seats 6.  Doors open out to the pool area and offer amazing views across Kalkan Bay. Another door opens out to the outside dining area.

Kitchen The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, gas oven/hob and fridge/freezer. All plates, glasses, cutlery etc are included.

Outside The large terrace is equipped with sunloungers, a brick built barbeque and a large glass topped dinng table that seats 8. The large private pool is 25 feet long and 15 feet wide at it's widest points.

Double Bedroom The second bedroom is 15 feet by 12 feet and contains a double bed, fitted double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a dressing table with mirror and stool. Mosquito nets are provided for your comfort. This bedroom has it's own en-suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the front terrace.

Master Bedroom The spacious master bedroom is 18 feet by 17 feet and contains a king size bed, fitted double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a dressing table with mirror and stool. A hairdryer is provided. Mosquito nets are provided for your comfort. A single door opens out onto a balcony with fabulous views of the bay. The master bedroom has a en-suite bath room, with a full size bath and shower. One lovely feature is that the bathroom has doors that open onto its own private balcony.

Twin Bedroom This bedroom is 15 feet by 12 feet and contains two single beds, a fitted double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and dressing table with mirror and stool. Mosquito nets are provided for your comfort. This bedroom has it's own en-suite shower room. A single door opens out onto a balcony.

Second Floor

Roof Room The storage room is a large room in the roof area with a sloped ceiling. It also handily includes a wc and shower room.

Roof Terrace The roof terrace has a built in brick barbeque and a glass topped dining table that seats 8. The table sits beneath a wooden pagoda with a canvas roof. A perfect place for an evening meal, watching the sun set over Kalkan Bay.

Welcome Pack

On your arrival, a welcome pack consisting of water, bread, coffee, fruit etc will be left for you.

Towels/Bed Linen

All towels and bed linen is provided.  Beach towels are also provided.

Hotel Facilities

Villa Seftali is 200 metres from the Hotel Samira Deluxe.  The hotel are happy for you to use their facilities. They have a 25 metre swimming pool.  They also run a free shuttle bus to and from the town centre, which you are welcome to use if you have a drink or two at their bar !
